Since its introduction, the Honua Kai real estate market has been one of the most active in all of Maui, particularly impressive given the price point, with current inventory starting in the $700K's and going upwards of $5M. And one of the most common questions asked by prospective purchasers is the status of the large plot of land between the towers and Honoapiilani Highway.
