The 3rd level units will be large 3 bedroom units, while the lower two levels will have 2 bedroom condos in the center stacks and 3 bedroom units on the corners. As a project, Keala O Wailea does not allow short-term rentals but pets are allowed, limited to 2 per unit.

In addition, residents will have exclusive access to a pool/clubhouse center, which is located on the west end of the property. Due to its elevation and terraced terrain, virtually all units will have commanding ocean views and the roofline of the new hotel is speculated to NOT interfere with view corridors too heavily. Keala O Wailea was originally introduced as the 'Bluffs at Wailea' and that project was slated to feature 12 half-acre home sites, each with the privacy, stunning views, and rarity one would expect of the finest in Wailea real estate, but the demand for residential condominium is too strong.
