Maui Lahaina Fire Damage - Condominiums Damaged

The August 8, 2023 devastated Lahaina town at its very core. The high-density area was victim to the deadliest wildfire in the history of our nation, resulting in over 2K lost homes and over 115 lives lost. Catastrophic. Maui will need support for a long time, please consider donating to a worthwhile cause (click here for some examples).

In an effort to provide relevant information for those who need it, please click here for a high-resolution map of the affected area. Additionally, view the map below as put together by the New York Times. We do no warrant information to be accurate. 

Based on the available mapping, the following condominium properties have sustained significant fire damage (due to the large number of single-family residences, we are not listing those individually). This is not meant to be all inclusive, please review available information and contact pertinent authorities for more information.

Aina Nalu - 190 Units, Short-Term Rentals Allowed.
Channel House - 39 Units, Short-Term Rentals NOT Allowed.
Hoonanea at Lahaina (southwest structures, building 4 and 5) Undetermined amount lost, possibly 40. Short-Term Rentals NOT Allowed.
Kahoma Village - Largely unaffected, a few buildings affected, visually looks like buildings Courtyard 4 and Villas  11, 12, and 14, and 15, totaling 25 units. Short-Term Rentals NOT Allowed.
Lahaina Residential - 60 Units, Short-Term Rentals NOT Allowed.
Opukea - most damage to buildings A (16 units), building B (16 units), and building F (18 units). As per our total: 50. Important Note: Undetermined amount of total units lost. Short-Term Rentals NOT Allowed.
Puamana - Northern area of the complex, as well as some of those closest to the road. Visually (although not confirmed, please do not rely on this information without independent confirmation) it looks like buildings: 71 (4 units), 175 (4 units), 8 (2 units), 205 (4 units), 225 (4 units), 36 (4 units), 17 (4 units), 35 (4 units), 12 (4 units), 57 (2 units), 20 (4 units), 55 (4 units), 41 (4 units), 23 (4 units), 21 (4 units), 7 (2 units), 28 (4 units), 10 (4 units), 25 (4 units), 15 (4 units), 5 (2 units), 40 (4 units), 52 (4 units), 62 (4 units), 161 (2 units), 64 (4 units), Clubhouse (no residential units). Total; 94 Units. Short-Term Rentals Allowed.
Spinnaker - 57 Units. Short-Term Rentals NOT Allowed.

As per our above count (which is not official or confirmed, it should not be relied upon without further independent investigation):
Short-Term Rentals: 284
Short-Term Rentals NOT Allowed: 271
Total all: 555

Interesting note: Lahaina Shores seemingly not affected while those structures directly around it were destroyed.
