Consisting of over 600 homes in one of the most idyllic locations on Oahu, the Wailalae Iki neighborhood is one of the most sought-after in all of Hawaii due to convenient proximity to Honolulu metro, low density, and phenomenal view corridors, including some of the most iconic of the Pacific Ocean.

The Waialae Ike Ridge community was built in 5 phases, but it's important to note that although there are some common factors that affect the overall community, there are underlying factors that are phase-specific. Most prevalent within that is the 5th phase, which is gated and not part of the Waialae Iki Ridge Community Association (WIRCA). There is a security patrol, funded the WIRCA, that ensures a higher level of safety to its residents, important in such a tight-knit community. At the top of the neighborhood, the Wiliwili hiking trail provides a great resource for enjoying phenomenal views while partaking in great exercise.

Please note that homes in phase V enjoy a gated entrance, tennis courts and a recreation area, as such these homes generally sell at a premium over the the lower phases.
