There are many cool beaches located on Molokai's west side. Kepuhi Resort does have a small sundry shop open daily, up the road is Maunaloa town with a market. This condo is about 15 minutes to the airport and another 25/30 minutes to the main town of Kaunakakai. The HOA covers your electric, water, trash, sewer, grounds and outside maintenance. The pool is ocean front and a nice spot to also enjoy watching the surf, whales and sunset at the end of a great day!! There are BBQ areas located wit in the grassy lawn behind. Because of the old closed golf course there are lots of pathways to walk along. This condo comes furnished and it is in a Rental Pool and would make a great island get away.
