Keala O Wailea For Sale Selection Lottery Held

The introduction of new projects to the Wailea real estate market is typically met with high demand from potential purchasers and the equally high expectations of new properties seamlessly integrating the latest construction/design trends with what is arguably one of the most picture-perfect real estate landscapes in the world. 

As such, the release of Keala O Wailea has been long-awaited and although we have been updating our clients in real-time of any updates, now in the interest of public information and transparency, we will post all updates now on our site. To kick it off, let us announce the Owner-Occupant Lottery, which is to take place on July 27th at Fabiani's in Wailea. In order to participate, those interested MUST submit an Owner-Occupant Affidavit no later than July 25th.

This lottery is for Phase I units, which consists of Building 1, Building 3, and Building 7 and it will determine the order for selection from the remaining units. Available units for owner-occupants are one unit in Building 1, five units in Building 3, and all 10 units in Building 7..

The other units in buildings 1 and 3 which are not available were sold during an 'investor' lottery - exclusive to prior clients of Armstrong Builders, LLC (the Developer) and Wailea Realty (the Developer's real estate broker for this project). Arguably the best unit available in Phase I is the sole remaining unit in Building 1 - perfect orientation, largest floor plan and detached garage. 

Phase II will consist of units in Building 2  & Building 4, while Phase III will consist of Building 5 and Building 6. Subsequent lotteries will NOT include investor-only rounds, so there will be greater opportunities to procure premium units.
