We are often asked numerous questions regarding the Honua Kai real estate market, specially now there are proposed sales of the soon-to-be-constructed Luana townhomes. One of the most common questions is for insight regarding location within the property. We've created a map below with a detailed breakdown by unit size, but of course keep in mind that this is for general information only and some floor plates may vary slightly so contact us for confirmation.

Honua Kai Map Breakdown by Size

Studios - Studios are located in the inner courtyard, at the 'bend' of the towers, for an angled view corridor, with the bulk enjoying varying degrees of ocean views. Depending on the floor level, ocean views can be spectacular. Due to the size and protected ocean views, Studios are arguably the strongest NOI performers within the Honua Kai micro-market.

1 Bedroom - There is only one stack of 1 bedroom units in the inner courtyards of either tower, being the '13' stack in Hokulani. Most units have either mountain views or partial ocean views, which makes the units with big ocean views much more coveted in both the resales market and rentals.

1 Bedroom + Den - A very sought-after niche due to having a larger floor plan than the one-bedroom units, but yet still below the price point of the 2 bedroom units, the 1 Bedroom + Den is quite popular. Most are in the Konea tower and enjoy varying degrees of ocean views.

2 Bedrooms - Perhaps the most diverse niche at Honua Kai, 2 bedroom units run the gamut from mountain-view units to premium front row units (the '01' stack at Konea). Understanding intricacies of location is most critical among the 2 bedroom units, contact us with any questions.

3 Bedrooms - The three-bedroom units are located at the center of the 'U' in the inside perimeter, front row on each tower, or on the second row. Most of these units offer big ocean view corridors and a select few are absolute trophy properties ($5M+).
