Honua Kai Developer Condos New Pricing

It had been speculated for some time that the developer of Honua Kai would be adjusting the pricing on remaining inventory and that has been recently announced. The adjustments have been quite significant and will incentivize prospective buyers to act. As we are in the midst of high season, such aggressive price adjustments are likely to generate interest among buyers. Below are units currently offered by the developer:

Hokulani 150 - Arguably THE best value in Honua Kai. Expansive open floor plan, upgraded Viking appliances, a huge lanai and the convenience of being ground level make this a very strong value. The challenge has been the view corridors overlooking the Duke's roofline and having very limited (if any) ocean views, but that is offset by the convenient access to all amenities and, as a ground floor residence, a comparably high vacation rental possibility. 

Konea 209 - Among the remaining 2 bedroom units, it has arguably the best ocean views due to the orientation of the Konea tower. 

Konea 250 - Frontline 3 bedroom residences offer some of the best views in all of Kaanapali and Konea 250 delivers. On the north end of Konea, this unit has large views and the large open floor plans of the front row units.

Konea 343 - The only other 2 bedroom unit for sale by the developer. The views are arguably not as commanding as K209.

Konea 349, Konea 449, and Konea 749. - The '49' stack in Konea is the second row from the front. With nearly 2,000 square feet of interior living space, it is an affordable option for those seeking a 3 bedroom residence but who want to stay closer to the $2M price point.
