Please keep in mind that when looking at averages, it does not take into account how there are special units within each complex, as examples, the D-1 / D-2 units at Hale Pau Hana, the '13' stacks at Hale Hui Kai, or the '01' stacks at Mana Kai. When any of the aforementioned come on the market, their value far exceeds what comps dictate that it should and it is well within reason to expect such variances.
