Over the past two months, we have received a number of inquiries regarding the status of Villas B and C. In the interest of transparency and efficiency, we are posting our answer online to better serve our clients and those interested in more information.

The Andaz Residences Wailea sales are represented by the Wailea Group, with its office at The Shops of Wailea. Since the introduction of the Andaz property with some elements for sale, the big question has been what will be the status of the two front-row villas as the value proposition of those will be virtually without comparable in Wailea - arguably the only ones near the same stature would be the front row buildings A and B at the Wailea Beach Villas, but then the symbiotic relationship with the Andaz hotel component comes into play. Nonetheless, initially Villas B & C were proposed for hotel use only. As such, the required condominiumization process as per Hawaii State requisites accounted for Villas D, E, and F - not inclusive of Villas B & C. The two units in Andaz Villa D were the first to sell at a significant premium due to location within the property. But now that Villas B & C are in 'pre-sale' status, the value proposition is considerably different. 

Villa B consist of 4 units, with floor plans of 3 bedroom /4 bathroom and 4 bedroom / 5 bathroom, but with roughly the same square footage, approximately 3,400. Villa C consists of 2 units of 2 bedroom + den / 3 bathrooms (hovering at close to 1,900 square feet) and what may be considered the 'crown jewel' of a 4 bedroom / 5 bathroom villa, with over 4,000 square feet of net interior living space - and boasting what some would argue to be THE most impressive view corridors of any luxury Wailea condo.

Prices for all these units are consistent with price per square foot for this type of property.
